A Holistic Prosperity Perspective

Welcome to the next edition of the Create Prosperity newsletter! Since the last issue, I have been delving into the more spiritual aspect of prosperity. I take you behind the scenes of some of the tools and perspectives I have.

What's New

Happy New Year! Can you believe it? We have started 2024. Here is wishing you a blissful and prosperous year!

There has not been as much new content in the past few months. However, I have taken some time to fix up some long, lingering details. Some may be more noticeable than others.

In the meantime, I think it is only fitting to post one of the webpages on gratitude letters.

  • Gratitude Letter: This page is perfect for this time of year as the holidays wrap up in some countries. Gratitude is a contribution for not only the receiver, but also the giver. Please click here to visit the "Gratitude Letter" page.
  • I share another story of how a note of gratitude can be uplifting.

    Prosperity Quote

“A man is not rightly conditioned until he is a happy, healthy, and prosperous being; and happiness, health, and prosperity are the result of a harmonious adjustment of the inner with the outer of the man with his surroundings.” –James Allen

    Personal Prosperity Lesson

This story is more of a prosperity story if one looks at prosperity from the perspective of thriving in different areas of life, and not just the financial aspect of life.

Recently, I received an email where I had a reaction. I was left with the person was going to demand a result, and that was not where I wanted to come from. I wanted to come from, what vision are we creating? Let's have a conversation about what is in the way of BEING that vision.

In that moment, I also had the realization that we hadn't set up the future generation of leaders up for success. Many of those with expertise were about to leave. I was alarmed. So, I sent a message back being rather forceful in my reply.

The response I received back seemed to match the intensity of my reply. The content was rather upsetting to me, and I was left distracted while visiting family.

Fortunately, about a week before, my coach had sent me a note of gratitude after a very good session. While the note was only two sentences, it had originally left such an impression that I wrote a note of gratitude back.

During the time I was upset, I would periodically re-read the note to uplift me until I moved through the upset.

Once I was through the upset, I realized a few things. One, the message I received was not personal to me. That was just how the sender seems to communicates through email. Two, miscommunication is so easy via email. When one sends an email, one has no idea what the person, on the other end, is really dealing with.

Three, it really had me reflect on how I could generously communicate with someone regardless of how they were BEING and how I perceived they were BEING. In this case, I would not do anything with the email until I could communicate with someone via phone given I want them to be left empowered.

In this case, while I was dealing with feeling upset, I actually allowed my family to contribute to me. Normally, I don't let them contribute in a way where I eventually end up being in a state of peace. I had never had family contribute in that way.

The point is that even a simple note of gratitude can go a long way. You never know what difference it can make it someone's day.
